Today my partner and I answered on Gumboot Friday,which is a day that was created by mike king, who suffered from mental illness. Gumboot Friday is day we talk about mental illness and recognise it, we talk about how we define it and what it is.

What is a karakia?

A karakia is a Maori prayer that is for many different things.  We say karakia before Eating.

after that we made our own word search puzzle for the words we had just done research on!
